Reading the Cards
How to Interpret a Spread ?
Observe Before Interpreting

Begin by looking carefully at the cards. Observe the figures, their gestures, their gazes, the colors, the objects, the symbols, and the relationships between the different elements.
Identify the
General Meaning

Then identify the general meaning of each card and its main key words. This first step provides a foundation for the reading, but it is not yet the interpretation.
Consider
the Question

A card should never be read independently of the question being asked. Its meaning must be adapted to the subject of the reading. The same card may therefore speak about love, work, or another area of life, depending on the question being asked.
Consider
the Card’s Position

The position occupied by a card also affects its interpretation. It may indicate whether what it represents belongs to the past, present, or future, but also whether it directly concerns the querent or describes an external influence.
Connect
the Cards

The interpretation is built by relating the cards to one another. One card may be clarified, reinforced, nuanced, or even contradicted by the cards surrounding it. Look for connections, repetitions, contrasts, and common themes emerging from the reading.
Build
Your Interpretation

Do not try to formulate a definitive answer immediately. Proceed step by step : Observe → Identify → Connect → Interpret
The more familiar you become with the cards, the more precise your readings will become.
